Dundee W. Carter received her Bachelor of Arts
degree in 1994 from the College of Charleston where she majored
in Political Science and minored in Criminal Justice. Prior to
attending law school, Ms. Carter was employed as a flight attendant
with Midway Airlines in Raleigh, NC.
Dundee attended law school at Michigan State
University – Detroit College of Law, graduating cum laude
in 1999 with a concentration in tax law. During the summer of
1999 while studying for the South Carolina Bar Exam, Dundee clerked
at Love Thornton Arnold & Thomason in their business transaction
department. Ms. Carter was admitted to practice law in the State
of South Carolina in the fall of 1999.
In the spring of 2000, Ms. Carter began pursuing
her LL.M. in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington,
DC while working full time at Pinnacle Realty Management Company.
Prior to graduation in May 2002 with her Masters in Tax Law, Ms.
Carter served as In-house Counsel and Vice President of Pinnacle
Realty’s Asset Management and Affordable Housing Division.
Dundee joined The Floyd Law Firm in 2005 working in the area of
Real Estate with the Firm.
